Michael Viljoen partnered with Global Impex Trading to create a striking brand identity for Nautical Blu, their seafood wholesale line based on KwaZulu-Natal’s South Coast. This project encompassed a comprehensive suite of branding solutions that seamlessly extended across various touchpoints.
The new identity takes inspiration from the sails of merchant vessels that have long navigated Southern Africa’s coastline—the same waters where Nautical Blu sources its high-quality, wild-caught seafood. This concept was carefully woven into every aspect of the brand to reflect its heritage and premium positioning.
