Michael Viljoen partnered with Community Chest Durban to deliver a comprehensive rebranding initiative for this well-known non-profit organisation. The project aimed to modernise the brand while retaining its recognisability and strong community connection.
Scope of Work
The rebranding project encompassed:
A new brand identity that balances visual recognisability with modern design elements, maintaining the organisation's equity while ensuring cohesion across all touchpoints.
A new Webflow website featuring an intuitive CMS, providing the Community Chest team with autonomy in managing content. Training sessions ensured seamless adoption.
Creation of brand assets, including social media graphics, signage, banners, apparel, and ongoing campaign materials such as the "Comrades Marathon Early Childhood Development Superhero" initiative.
Development of a centralised branding asset management hub to act as the organisation’s source of truth, streamlining collaboration across internal and external teams.
